Do I need a doctor’s referral to book an appointment?
Physiotherapists are first line practitioners, therefore you do not need a referral from a doctor to see us.
What should I wear?
Please dress in comfortable & loose clothing. It is advisable to bring shorts. The Physiotherapist might ask you to remove some of your clothing in order to treat the affected area effectively.
How long does a session take?
Initial consultations require 60 minutes as this includes a full evaluation & treatment. Follow up treatments are shorter, between 30-45 minutes.
